This is the final contract with the vendor. It shows what they will provide to Louisville Metro.This is the transparency page for the Russell Public WiFi project that is part of the Smart Russell initiative from Metro Technology Services, previously known as (the Office of Civic Innovation & Technology). The purpose of this page is to provide documentation related to the project so the public understand and verify the intentions of the project and the outcomes.Every month, the project manager will put up the usage numbers for the network and the access logs for the data.
