Oregon Affordable Housing Inventory

The properties in this inventory come from the following agencies and organizations: Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Metro, all 20 of Oregon's Housing Authorities, and many county and city governments. This is meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all affordable rental housing with income or rent restrictions in the state and every effort has been made to delete duplicates. For properties listed as "In Development" in the Status field, please use extra caution as these properties have reached financial closing and begun construction, but are not yet complete making the data subject to change. Every effort has been made to ensure the affordability expiration dates are correct for OHCS funded properties, however, some errors may exist. For properties listed as Scattered Sites, please note that some of the underlying unit counts may be inaccurate; this is an issue we are working to improve. OHCS can not and does not guarantee that there are no errors in this inventory. Please note that certain property types are not included such as: homeless shelters, group homes, transitional housing, residential care facilities, on-farm housing, and manufactured home parks.
