Collect and analyze survey data from recreational saltwater fishermen in Oregon and Washington. Model trip demand using stated frequency / contingent behavior data. Outputs will include a model of fishing effort and estimates of economic value. Paper survey capturing expenditures, trip data, and effect of closures on behavior.
