This webinar, sponsored by the Children's Bureau's Division of State Systems, was the first webinar in the FY2014 Back to Basics: Procurement and Project Management series. This webinar examined how to write a good business requirement statement and then how to test the soundness of that statement against a definitive list of characteristics. Examples of poorly constructed business requirements were reviewed and the webinar explored what happens once the business requirements document has been completed. The webinar included time for Q&A and audience discussion. This webinar was moderated by Joyce Rose, consultant to ICF International. The presenter was Mary E.
